Goud rijzend - Amerika en England printen meer geld

Als Amerika en England meer geld bijdrukken stijgen de prijzen van goud en zilver!

Central planners in the West are on the warpath against deflation and they are assuring their people that a new round of money printing is the solution. In order to survive the ravages of the coming inflation, this leaves the citizens of those countries and regions no choice but to act as their own central banks by owning gold.

The Bank of England today announced an additional 100 billion pounds of emergency bond purchases, all of this justified as a way to jump start to Britain’s struggling economy.

Yesterday, on the other side of the Atlantic one Fed member stated, “The fact that Japan is still battling deflation highlights how pernicious deflation can be, and how difficult it is to counteract once it has been firmly established.” Another Fed member remarked that the US faces a “bona fide liquidity trap.”

More massive money printing is on the way because after all, we don’t want to end up like Japan. So it’s pedal to the metal with quantitative easing until responsible citizens stop hoarding money and start spending.

Velocity of money must be achieved at all costs as deflation is not an option. What the Fed should have said was, “We will print until we destroy confidence in our currency thus forcing citizens to spend what they have.” I mean after all that would have been more honest.

The bottom line here is that because of reckless policy, more and more people are realizing the need to turn in their fiat money for the ultimate currency, gold.
